What services do you offer? +
We provide professional pet sitting and pet care services, including dog boarding, daycare, flexible care options, and pet waste removal.
Where is care provided? +
Care arrangements vary by service and are confirmed prior to booking. Pet waste removal is provided at the client's property.
Booking & Payment (Important)
How do I confirm a booking? +
Bookings are confirmed once availability is approved and full payment is received. Dates are not held without payment.
Do you take deposits? +
No. All pet sitting services require full payment upfront. Deposits are not accepted.
How does pet waste removal billing work? +
Pet waste removal is offered as a subscription service, priced weekly and billed monthly in advance.
Late Pickup & Schedule Changes (Important)
What if I'm late picking up my pet? +
Late pickups are considered extended care and may incur additional fees.
What are the late pickup fees? +
Up to 4 hours late: $25. 4-8 hours late: $50. Over 8 hours late: may be charged as extended care or an additional overnight.
Can late fees be waived? +
No. Late pickup fees cannot be waived as they compensate for extended care time and schedule disruption.
Fees, Subscriptions & Additional Charges
Are late fees included in my booking price? +
No. Late pickup, last-minute changes, and extended care are additional charges.
When are additional fees due? +
Additional fees are due at pickup and may be billed separately.
Pet Waste Removal (Important)
How often is pet waste removal performed? +
Weekly, bi-weekly, or high-frequency options are available. Most clients choose weekly service.
Do you offer one-time cleanup? +
Yes. One-time or deep cleans may be required before starting a subscription if there is significant buildup.
What if my yard is inaccessible? +
Missed visits due to locked gates or unsecured pets are not refundable.
Updates, Communication & Trust
Will I receive updates during my pet's stay? +
Yes. Updates and photos are typically provided.
Can photos be used for marketing? +
Yes. By booking, clients agree photos may be used unless requested otherwise in writing.
Cancellations & Policies
Can policies be waived? +
No. Policies apply consistently to all clients to ensure fairness and reliability.

By booking services, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the policies, including full payment upfront, subscription billing for pet waste removal, and additional fees for late pickup or schedule changes.
